How does Spam Risk detection work?
Multiple heuristics: suspicious TLD reputation, robots.txt blocking all crawlers, nofollow-only outbound link policy, sitemap/feed staleness over 180 days, deep subdomain chains, no sitemap found, no RSS/Atom feed, and excessive noindex usage.
